Dr. Gary & Barb Rosberg

Dr. Gary & Barb Rosberg are sought-after executive life and marriage coaches, award-winning authors, and beloved international marriage conference speakers. Together, the Rosbergs are co-founders of the for profit Rosberg Group where they provide marriage coaching, as well as one on one executive life coaching.

Dr. Gary and Barb are honored and humbled to be on the Executive Board and founding faculty members of the International Christian Coaching Institute (ICCI). This new global coaching institute is credentialing life and relationship coaches in several disciplines including marriage coaching. The Rosbergs serve as the lead mentors and trainers for marriage coaching for ICCI. They have 30 hours of marriage coaching training videos comprising three courses preparing coaches for the Certified Professional Christian Life Coach (CPCLC) credential. Much of this next season of life will be mentoring ICCI marriage coaches trained in the Rosberg Marriage Coaching Model.

Dr Gary earned his BA (Liberal arts) MPA (Master’s in Public Administration) and his Ed.D (Doctorate in counseling) from Drake University and conducted individual, marriage and family counseling for over 20 years whereby he logged more than 25,000 hours. Barb earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree from Drake and brings decades of wisdom from coaching and teaching women to her work with the couples of the Rosberg Group. 

Dr. Gary and Barb are Certified Master Christian Life Coaches (CMCLC) with ICCI as well as having been credentialed by both the John Maxwell Team and Light University as coaches.

The Rosbergs are also the founders of the international ministry, America’s Family Coaches, and directly address the needs of marriages today with remarkable insight and biblical truth, as well as the co-founders of Impact Iowa’s Heroes, designed to honor and strengthen the marriages of Iowa’s first responders and military personnel. They have spoken nationally and internationally together for over 35 years. 

Gary and Barb have written over a dozen prominent marriage and family resources and DVD series with almost 1 million total copies in print world-wide; including the 6 Secrets to a Lasting Love (Gold Medallion winner) and The 5 Love Needs of Men & Women. Selected books are available in over 12 different languages with six titles in Spanish. 

Married since 1975, Gary and Barb have two married daughters and 12 grandchildren and share their time with each daughter’s families residing in Illinois and Iowa.
